From staple to ancient grains, puffed ingredients are growing in popularity. As health becomes a growing priority, puffed ingredients have become a new avenue of innovations for food and beverage brands and manufacturers to easily diversify and improve the health of their products. We offer a wide variety of puffed grains and pre-gelatinized powders. Below is a list of grains supplied, although with a 2000 lb.+ order, any grain can be custom-puffed.
