About Fieldcraft
Fieldcraft is building a marketplace for the future of agriculture. Commodity agriculture was built for the predigital age. Unlike commodity, ingredient markets are fragmented. Producers account for 86% of the value of the food ingredient industry but lack scale to effectively market and sell their crops and ingredients. Fieldcraft is democratizing market access and streamlining marketing and sourcing from sample to sale. We built Fieldcraft to empower the ecosystem from farm to foodtech, locally and globally.
Fieldcraft Co-Founder and CEO Michael Chapman comes from a farming community, has traveled across seven continents and nearly 100 countries, and is a seasoned executive. He is a veteran, led special operations teams in the CIA after September 11 and later served in the White House Situation Room. Co-Founder and CTO Kristy Flynn spent over a decade developing technology and data solutions for small to Fortune 100 companies around the world.
