Maple Syrup
Our maple syrup is American-produced and never blended from multiple sources. All syrups are available certified Organic and you can also specify whether you prefer a specific state.
Pure Maple Syrup (Amber Color)
This syrup is a classic maple flavor, bold enough for baking and also perfect as a table syrup, for drizzling over pancakes, yogurt, ice cream and more.
Pure Maple Syrup (Golden Color)
This ingredient is made from the first sap of the season, light in color with a delicate maple taste. This syrup is subtle and complex with hints of vanilla.
Pure Maple Syrup Dark Color
Made from sap collected late in the season, at the cusp of spring. Robust maple flavor that boasts brown-sugar accents that add depth and body to any food or beverage application.
All three are available certified Organic as well.
Birch Syrup
Sweet Birch Syrup
Made from the early spring sap of wild birch trees. This nutritious and intriguing syrup has a fruity, raspberry-like flavor with mineral overtones that truly shines in sauces, marinades, glazes, and dressings.
Tangy Birch Syrup
This is condensed from the late-spring sap of wild birch trees. This tangy syrup imparts sour fruit notes to any dish. It is too powerful for pancakes but unbeatable in savory sauces, glazes and cocktails.
Beech Syrup
Pure American Beech Syrup
This syrup has strong notes of dried pear and raisins that add complexity and sophistication to any recipe. There are very limited supplies so be sure to order this unique and rare syrup early.
Maple and Birch Sap Water
The liquid that flows through maple, birch, and other tree species every spring is most commonly referred to as sap, though when bottled up and sold as a beverage it will often be described as ‘maple water’ or ‘birch water’. Indeed, it is primarily water that is naturally fortified with a wide range of minerals, polyphenols, and antioxidants. It also contains a small amount of sugar (<1% in birch and 2-3% in maple) that gives it a subtly sweet flavor.
Walnut Syrup
Walnut Syrup is made from the sap of walnut trees. This nutritious and intriguing syrup has buttery and nutty notes to add distinction and sophistication to all of your culinary creations.
